Friday, January 7, 2011

{Welcome to the weekend! I've chosen a word from my Bible's concordance, and am sharing a few of the related verses. I hope you will consider theses verses over the weekend, and perhaps spend time in
the Word finding others. If you don't have a Bible handy, here is a great online version. Till Monday. . .}

Yet man is born to trouble as surely as sparks fly upward. Job 5:7

The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Psalm 9:9

Jesus said, "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Matthew 6:34

Jesus said, "I have told you these things so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." John 16:33
