Weekend Word: Wonder

Friday, July 8, 2011

{Welcome to the weekend! I've chosen a word from my Bible's concordance, and am sharing a few of the related verses. I hope you will consider theses verses over the weekend, and perhaps spend time in the Word finding others. If you don't have a Bible handy, here is a great online version. Till Monday. . .}

Listen to this, Job; stop and consider God's wonders. Do you know how God controls the clouds and makes his lightening flash? Do you know how the clouds hang poised, those wonders of him who is perfect in knowledge? Job 37:14-16

He is your praise; he is your God, who performed for you those great and awesome wonders you saw with your own eyes. Deuteronomy 10:21

I will praise you, O Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonders. Psalm 9:1

Let me understand the teaching of your precepts; then I will meditate on your wonders. Psalm 119:27
