Reap to Sow - An Intro!

Monday, October 3, 2011

We are one week away from the start of Reap to Sow, where we will be digging into the goodness God has in store for us through the book, The Power of a Positive Momby Karol Ladd. I've read it, and I promise - it is fantastic.

We hope you will join us by reading along and participating in the comments, but even if you can't commit to buying the book and reading it, I know you will gain something by following along. There are many gems to be shared, and all of you are welcome.

Here is how it will work:
Meet us here (or on Andrea's blog - don't worry, I'll provide a link to direct you there when it is her turn) every Monday to check out the chapters for the week - we'll take two at a time. Andrea and I also will share something related to the theme of those chapters.

Fridays will be discussion day and will center around the "Power Points" of each chapter. We'll pick the ones that spoke closely to our hearts and hope you will share your own thoughts in the comments section. If you plan on writing a post on your own blog related to the chapters discussed, please feel free to include a link in the comments. We are hoping that by hosting the discussion in the comments section vs. a link party it will feel more like a conversation. :)

So, that's it! Find a copy ofThe Power of a Positive Momby Karol Ladd and start reading. We'll start with Chapters 1 and 2 on October 10th. Can't wait!

Linking up with the lovely Jen at
who introduced me to the concept of a "blog community" - thank you :)

  1. Oh, I almost missed your sweet words at the end.  Our community wouldn't be as blessed as it is without you. I always appreciate how you encourage us with your words.  You are a blessing!

  2. Well, Jen, this day has taken on a life of its own and I just wrote and linked up another post. A friend needs prayers, and I'm so grateful for this community of praying women. Thank you!
