When Life Gives You a Scare

Thursday, October 6, 2011

Little did I know when I wrote this article for Newby Mom that this week would be filled with people who need prayer. People in the blogosphere who I've come to feel close to (Emily . . . praise the Lord), people right here who I am close to, and a baby in this town who doesn't know me (or you) but still needs our prayers. Tuesday's post generated additional emails to me about people in crisis, and you know what?

I'm so glad I can pray for them.

When I read it now, my article seems a bit simplistic or trite - I don't mean for it to be. It is just a starting place, for When Life Gives You a Scare.

I'd be honored if you click there (or here) to read it.

Linking up with:

and Thought Provoking Thursday at
SomeGirlsWebsite.com
where it just so happens she is writing about 31 days of prayer for revival!

and then of course

FaithBarista_FreshJamBadgeG
where Bonnie is writing about prayer in whitespace.

Prayer seems to be a theme, and I'm not at all surprised . . .
