A New Look

(I'm so excited.)

Now the Summer of Transition is complete: formalized job, new house and refreshed blog. Whew!

Thank you to the talented Jana at Little Web Writing Hood. She created this look. I gave her some vague ideas about wanting whitespace and calming colors. She saw this photo,

and came up with everything you see. I love it.

The paper airplane is a sweet nod to my life with boys. It is also free spirited and simple . . . happy. It illustrates the journey - sometimes a straight line, sometimes loop-de-loop - but always seeking the good. Why? Well, we never know what God has in store, but we do know this:
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:10 (ESV)
I'm trying to align my walk at home, at work and out in the world. Sometimes I succeed, sometimes I don't. My life is a work in progress, and that's what this blog is about.

Take some time to click around. I've updated the Meet Courtney page, and I'm reorganizing the Categories, over there --->

Nothing is gone, just rearranged. That's often how transitions work, I'm learning.

If you're a new reader, I hope you feel at home here and visit often. If you've been reading for years, thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. And tell me, do you like the new look?
